Research And Development Of Metrology Management Information System Of ERP Based On C/S And B/S Mix-Mode

With the rapid development of information technology, construction of enterprises'informatization management has been playing an increasingly important role in the competitive times of economic globalization.Testing, measuring and managing levels are very important criteria to the enterprise'technology standard. It has become an effective approach to helping enterprises (especially manufacturing enterprises) improve their production quality, reduce the cost and improve economic benefits that the advanced technology of network and database is used in the metrology management.In this paper, under background of Qing'an Company's metrology management information, with the most advanced ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) management theory and information technology, the demand of the system is analyzed, the design scheme is put forward, and the system structure and functional modules are studied and analyzed. This system is systematically studied based on C/S and B/S mix-mode.In this paper, the database is designed in virtue of Microsoft SQL Server 2000; The advanced development tool Borland Delphi 7.0 workbench and object-oriented programming technique are used in this system on C/S mode to visit database through ADO; Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 platform and ASP.NET about Web programming technique are used in this query sub system on B/S mode to visit SQL Server 2000.This system includes many function modules such as metrology management, metrology verification, information count, information query, metrology files management, and so on. In Design, database design and optimization technique, database visit technique, transaction process technique, object-oriented programming technique on Delphi, ASP.NET technique and data count, data export program computing methods have been deeply studied and designed. In addition, function modules such as metrology auto-warn, metrology verification and check-planning have been implemented. All metrology information is actively controlled.Through testing, this system is proved that its function has reached expected target andholds such characters as simple operation, clear foreground and stable working system. Through this system, metrology information is actively controlled and passed by network; information sharing and standard are realized. At the same time, work efficiency and quality are improved greatly.
