At the present stage, it is the effective way to promote the development of children’s education in Chinese museums and providing intellectual education for the new generation of children that supply dedicated space for children’s education in a comprehensive museum. The children’s experience museum is different from school, the children’s palace, children’s amusement park and other institutions. It is based parent museum resources and child-centered. It respects for the nature of the child to play, advocates study in play. It creats a meaningful educational space for children to stimulate children’s interest and the multiple intelligences,makes children accept the edification of excellent traditional culture by tereo and multi-sensory interactive experience exhibition and event type, and rich context of the space environment.Present China, children’s area construction has become a new trend and a new bright spot in the development of museum field. However western countries began to make use of museum to expre child-based education very early, and have promoted mature museum of children’s education.In comparison, children’s education of museum in China is still in the initial stage, problems as children’s area concept is not clear, means are old and worn-outbe lazy to innovation emerge inendlessly.Therefore,this paper sums up experience and finds out the crux of the problem through the analysis of the comparison of Chinese and foreign children’s Museum area samples,combineing with particularity of children audience and museum experience value, to put forward the concept of children’s experience museum. This paper seeks planning strategy of the museum through the four aspects of the theme, display, activity projects and marketing.
