Research On Library Culture Construction

Along with the overall improvement of the economic level of our country, the hardware infrastructure of the library is also becoming more and more perfect. However, in the same time, the material resources have been fully improved, some of the non-material aspects of the problem also appears. For example, the library service system is not perfect, the library staff working attitude is poor, the lack of humanistic care and humanistic philosophy, the root cause of these problems is the lack of library culture construction. In view of these questions, this article thinks that the background, the culture as the breakthrough point, through the research of culture and then extends the connotation of library culture and its importance. Then by means of sociology, management, organizational behavior and other disciplines of theoretical knowledge of the theoretical basis of the construction of library culture, the analysis of the three dimensions of the culture construction of the library, library of material culture and the spirit of the library culture construction and the library system culture construction, put forward four kind of guarantee mechanism to ensure the construction of library culture. Finally, based on the above research based constructs evaluation index system for the construction of library culture, and puts forward the optimization strategy of library culture construction evaluation index system, to guarantee library culture construction system, scientific, sustainable.
