Research On Organizational Culture Construction Of Z Public Library

In recent years China's increased emphasis on the construction of public cultural service system.The public library as a part of the public cultural service system has encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges.With the rapid development of science and technology,knowledge economy and information era greatly changed the library work and industry environment.While the current public library management practice need to break the limitation of scientific management and through cultural management,exert soft control and subtly influence the personality,attitude and ability of Librarians.Through the cultural management,the public library promotes the management level and the service quality,displays the urban cultural service function and expands the influence which takes the cultural position.Culture management helps public libraries improve their management level and service quality while bringing into play the urban cultural service function and expanding the influence as a cultural position.As a window of cultural service in the city,Z public library bears the mission of inheriting and spreading urban culture.In recent years,facing the premises of infrastructure construction,the relocation,personnel recruitment,such as adjusting the organizational structure of a series of big events,organizational management of Z public library would be run into conflicts.Such as the conflict between new culture and old culture,the conflict between new problems and old ideas,the conflict between new technology and old knowledge system.By diagnosing the existing organizational culture status,analysis of the problem with new management ideas and models to fusion,improve the efficiency of organization and image.This paper takes the organizational culture of Z public library as the object of study,through understanding the current research status of organizational culture at home and abroad,introduces the connotation and structure of library organization culture from the theoretical level.Through the investigation and analysis of thecurrent situation of library organizational culture construction,the paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of organizational culture,and analyzes the causes.Combined with the findings of the current situation and the characteristics of organizational culture of public libraries,according to the principles of organizational culture construction,the paper puts forward corresponding construction strategies and safeguards.
