The Research Of Library Culture Construction Of Jiujiang University Based On Project Management

Usually, university library activities can be divided into two types:one kind is continuously, circular activity, which is called "daily management", such as books borrow and return service, reading room management, reference service; Another kind is the uniqueness, disposable and temporary activities, which are called "project", such as the library special assessment, database construction, document layout, various types of reading activity, appraising activity, etc. Thus project management became the foothold of the management of the latter. The application of project management in practice has a major impact on the development of library.Campus cultural.construction in universities and colleges is an important way to strengthen and promote the university students'ideological and moral education. University library plays an important role in the construction of spiritual civilization, assuming the significant mission of the ideological and political education of college students. The library cultural construction of university is a crucial part of the campus culture construction, shouldering the responsibility to spread knowledge, extols civilization and developing advanced culture. The library project management roots in the library culture soils. The library culture, which is the important pillar of the library project management, provides soft environment for the project management. Meanwhile the library culture needs the project management tools for scientific construction. This article through the research of the inner link between project management and library culture, expounds the function of project management in university library culture construction, and discussed empirical the research of Jiujiang University library culture construction based on project management.This mentality of this dissertation:it analyzed the situation of the library culture construction of the Jiujiang University and researched the application of the project management in the library culture construction of the colleges combining the characteristics of the project management. Use the project related theory and tools to design the project of Jiujiang University library culture construction, and take the methods of case analysis and comparative analysis to illuminate the processes and characteristics of the project of cultural construction activities.The mainly research conclusions of this dissertation:to cecome the project management system and fruitful results for the library culture construction of the Jiujiang University,which of that to to describe:it has established a guarantee system for the library cultural construction of Jiujiang University and clarified library's goals and mission. And it has Cleared library's core value concept, the basic service countermeasure, the basic organization form of the library, and the policies of library internal management. Finally, it has established a project management mechanism of the library cultural construction of Jiujiang University, which may promote the library culture exhibition, propagation and management.
