Analysis And Design Of Daily Personnel Management System Of Zhejiang Shuren University

As one of the important private colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province, we have a high speed development in recent years, regardless of the number of students or the number of transactions are doubled, and, with the increase in the number of students, school management staff also increased, if the increasing school staff to manage, establish efficient personnel management efficiency has become an important issue.This paper is based on the actual situation of the school personnel management, the background of the development of other personnel management system is briefly described, and then discussed the problem of personnel construction and management of the important significance of the development of the school.
