With the rapid development of society,the personnel information system under the original EXCEL mode in Colleges and universities has many drawbacks,such as data maintenance difficulties,data security is not guaranteed,query and statistics are limited and so on.It no longer meets the diversified needs of schools.In order to improve the scientificity and predictability of personnel management in Colleges and universities,it is proposed that the design and implementation of a personnel information management system in Colleges and universities can improve the management of personnel on the one hand,and on the other hand,it can provide data support for the decision-making of school leaders through certain statistical analysis ability.The personnel information management system of colleges and universities adopts B/S framework and APS.NET technology in technology.The C#language and database SQL Server 2014 are selected in the development tools.The development of the system using these technologies is to integrate the actual needs and business processes of the users of the system,and can effectively improve the practicability and security of the system after development..Before the design of the system,the overall structure of the design is defined,and the demand analysis is carried out from the aspects of improving the scientificity and maneuverability of the personnel management in Colleges and universities.The six functions of the system management,further study management,salary management,attendance management,statistical analysis and contract management are analyzed in depth.It can design and realize the functions of the system.Among them,the statistical analysis function can effectively carry out statistics and scientific analysis of a large number of personnel information in Colleges and universities,thus discovering the inherent laws of some work,and providing data for follow-up work.The realization of many functions of the system has promoted the digitization and intellectualization process of personnel work in Colleges and universities.Finally,the system functions are tested,such as attendance information query,through the analysis of the test results,the results show that the design and implementation of the system meets the design requirements.The main work of this paper is:(1)Combining the practical experience of the system developer,it provides practical and theoretical support for the development of the system.At the same time,according to the theoretical knowledge of software development,it combines theory with practice and makes sufficient preparations for the development of personnel information management system in Colleges and universities.(2)After the system developer has defined the purpose of the system development and the functions to be implemented,it is necessary to establish the logic of the system,that is,the corresponding requirements analysis,functional design,system implementation and testing.Through the elaboration of the above key parts,and then design and implement the university personnel information management system to meet customer needs.(3)The realization of the system,to a certain extent,effectively promotes the process of school digital construction,increases the scientificity of personnel information management in Colleges and universities,at the same time,it also improves the operability and relevance of personnel information in Colleges and universities,in which statistics and analysis can assist school leaders to make decisions.
