The implementation of customer service can be achieved to enhance the "management philosophy, management effectiveness, economic and social effects," etc., to optimize customer service processes, improve internal coordination mechanism, the establishment of electricity to meet the diverse needs of customers based on the concept of service, so that customers You can continue to enjoy efficient, high-quality, featuring electric service[1].The paper introduces the research background Jiangxi Power Company’s supply management system, customer service, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the main work content and research, and the use of analytical methods software engineering and object-oriented business conduct analyzed.
