The Application Knowledge Map In The University Library Knowledge Service

With the development of modern society, we have gradually entered the era ofknowledge economy, the university is an important place for cultivating talent, the universitylibrary is an important place for teachers and students to learn and acquire knowledge, theservices they provide should be set according to the subjects of the university and informationand knowledge needs of teachers and students to make timely adjustments.UniversityLibrary for the university’s students and teachers and their staff, the necessary knowledge,highly professional but also need to know the latest developme nts in their areas of expertise,knowledge services instead of the traditional literature information services and betterservices for users.Knowledge map was first widely used in business management, the library communityof experts and scholars to draw on and the introduction of library management, today one ofthe hot spots of the library community, but actually able to include it to the librarymanagement and service are numbered. In this paper, the introduction of the concept of theknowledge map to knowledge of the University Library services, knowledge services to moreeffectively help the University Library, but also the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledgeresources of the museum visualization presented in a way, and clearly the link between them.This paper described the concept of knowledge services, and with traditionalinformation services made a comparison and analysis, analysis of the progress of knowledgeservices at home and abroad, and then describes the background of the knowledge maps,concept and content, type and function; Second, the literature on the various modes of theuniversity Library knowledge are described and analyzed; Finally, the knowledge map intothe knowledge of the university Library, better services for users.
