On the basis of computer communication technology network transmission, unidirectional and bidirectional communication to fusion of interpersonal communication, brings new problems for emergencies, make the network transmission in the emergency path more smooth and more complicated. As the principal part of emergency, network transmission has its inherent laws, it reminds us to strengthen the management of emergency network transmission.This article analyzed the characteristics of internet communication in emergencies, studied the mechanism of network communication, on this basis, proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions, aimed at strengthening the management of network communication in emergencies.
