Study Of Police Public Opinion Guidance Under The Perspective Of Agenda Setting Theory

Police involved in the guidance of public opinion and national security, social stability, peaceful and happy life of the people has a very important link, existing related research about police related public opinion to guide the mostly tend to practice or technical level, there is little from the height of the theory of police related public opinion guiding question carries on the thorough excavation. On the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of previous studies, this paper tries to introduce a theoretical perspective on the issue of public opinion research.This paper is based on the "agenda setting" theory, combined with the author’s own work experience, from the agenda setting theory of these three research traditions, from the media agenda, public agenda and policy agenda three perspective analysis, the accumulation and summary of their work experience to improve the theoretical level, so as to try to put forward some theoretical basis of public opinion guidance.This study considers that the event of public opinion in public opinion is the beginning of the media agenda, and that the media’s quantity, attribute, frame, and so on are the media agenda to influence public opinion.With the environmental group event as the representative, the public agenda has the two kinds of perspectives, which are "engaged in the transformation of the post relief to the pre prevention" and "public agenda".In the policy agenda of the public opinion events, the real world, the media agenda and the public agenda have become the forming conditions of the policy agenda, and many of the issues themselves also have policy attributes. The policy agenda has its own limitations, in order to deal with the problem of violence in public opinion in the case, the relevant policy agenda can not fundamentally solve the problem of violence, and can only establish a violent terrorist cases related to coping mechanisms.From the media agenda, public agenda, the policy agenda of the three perspectives of the public opinion of the public opinion in the guidance of many mysteries, again on the basis of this study from the occurrence of the incident occurred in the case of the incident, the three point of view, with the theoretical guidance of public opinion.
