Public Library Service For Vulnerable Children

Orphan and vulnerable children group is a special huge group. Due to the reasons of society and family, they have little chance to public library to meet their demand for culture.In fact, as we all know, library has become the palace which bring human huge spirit wealth, and it has the responsibility and obligation to meet the information demands of orphan and vulnerable children,it provide equal information service for orphan and vulnerable children so as to build a harmonious society. With the research of the basic present situation of the information services the public libraries of the three northeastern provinces provide for orphan and vulnerable children group, this article has mainly analyzed the research findings and problems of the public libraries in our country.
