| This paper focuses on the problem of children’s library’s service improvement in the field of public cultural services,taking Hubei children’s library as an example.Children’s library belongs to the Hubei province,Hubei province,was founded on June 1,2018,as a provincial children’s library,for the province of children’s reading habits,the children’s library in Hubei province by providing high quality that are suitable for children’s books to read,run a variety of promotional activities and for the special groups to read the warm service,full swing with self characteristics of public cultural services.But there are still some problems to be solved,the development of the times,at any time for reading in children and adolescents needs to keep pace with the times,the children’s library in Hubei province to provide services in the digital resources and provide efficiency is still inadequate,compared with good children library development at home and abroad,there are still a lot of progress in space,so this article in view of the children’s library in Hubei province in the aspect of public cultural services to carry out the research of existing problems,puts forward the opinions and Suggestions,to form a practical path of ascension.This article mainly through the literature research and interview research,ascension path exploration and good experience at home and abroad are through online data collection,and comparison study of relevant laws,to the children’s library definition of public cultural service content,children’s library of public cultural service is refers to the children’s library for minors special groups,such as the need to provide the corresponding reading guidance and social education services,services include: literature query,document library,suitable for children’s reading guidance activity,and social education activities,the content requirements children library must meet the following conditions:Completehardware facilities,sufficient supply of service resources,scientific management system,the protection of the rights of readers and the establishment of the supervision mechanism.In this paper,on the basis of children’s library in Hubei province present situation of public cultural services,found that the children’s library in Hubei province hardware facilities complete,supply insufficient resources,security management system is not scientific,the readers’ reading rights is not sound and feedback mechanism is not perfect,for each problem analysis,the reasons,found with the independent organizational system,inadequate funding,scientific management does not reach the designated position,reading guarantee strength is not strong,modern office is not enabled,thus put forward hardware upgrade competition,strengthening the construction of resources,strengthen management,improve service to strengthen security,establish reasonable feedback mechanism and relevant Suggestions.Further improve the public cultural service quality of Hubei Children’s Library.Through research,this paper holds that to improve the quality of public cultural services of children library,Hubei province,market—oriented management must be applied to the management of the library in ascension,good children’s library in the domestic and foreign development as the goal,from the hardware improvement,personnel construction,characteristic service,and innovation management puts forward opinions and Suggestions,summarizes its ascending path is: hardware improvement,software upgrades,independent organizational system,special services.To practice this conclusion,first of all need to start from the hardware improvements,will first hardware improve children’s library in Hubei province,on the national level to improve library standards and secondly in terms of personnel team construction comprehensive upgrade,build a professional children’s reading service background knowledge of the team,from Hubei province library control on the system again,like independent organizational system of the library,grasp the initiative of self management,the final mining service features,upgraded to a distinctive service brand of children’s library in Hubei province.As there are many children’s libraries similar to those in Hubei province nationwide,they all have their own characteristics in children’s services,but they are all subordinate to provincial public libraries and have no independent system.Therefore,this conclusion can also be used in many other children’s libraries. |
