Study On Progress Schedule And Control Of Pingzhangfu Garden Project

Project schedule control is an important aspect of project management, and it occupies a crucial position in project management. It is a primary means to complete the project tasks on time and achieve the project objectives, and it is also the key point and difficult point of project management. During project construction, effectively carrying out schedule control is the main task of the project management staff, as well as an important part of the project construction process. Therefore, the development of the project schedule, and effective control of the project construction schedule is important to ensure the project duration and smooth realization of the project goals.Based on the analysis of project schedule control theory, combined with the actual situation of the construction project of Pingzhang Fu Garden Community, the article works out the project implementation schedule, and offers dynamic monitoring for the project construction schedule, to detect deviations in implementation and take measures to make sure the implementation developed in strict accordance with the project construction schedule. It not only can avoid schedule delays, but helps to reduce the cost of the project construction, to ensure construction quality, and to provide some reference for other real estate projects in the construction schedule control.Firstly, the article focuses on research and exposition of relevant project progress control theories. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of Pingzhang Fu Garden Community project. Thirdly, this article breaks down the work of the project, estimates time of project activities according to WBS. draws project network plan diagram, and works out the project schedule. Finally, it concentrates on the implementation and adjustment of the project schedule control. It analyzes factors affecting the progress of the project implementation, takes organizational, technical, economic and other measures for the prevention and resolution, and through progress tracking and dynamic monitoring of project progress finds deviations, timely analyzing reasons for the deviations and making schedule adjustments to ensure achievement of project objectives.Through study on the progress planning and control of a specific real estate project, this article proposes a workable method of project schedule management, which may guide the engineering practice and provide some reference for the project construction schedule management and control of the same real estate projects.
