The Study On The Reforming Project Progress Schedule And Contral Of The Tianrun Road Of Weifang City

The Lanes reformation becomes a important task in the changing of old cities. Though the Lanes reformation is a small engineering, there are too many differences in the work, and it looks like screws in the snails. In the work, it would affact the residents'production and life, so the period in the work is a necessary item. We should also pay attion to the other things that are uncertain. eg. the aging of the underground pipelines, the destruction or lose of the pipeline papers, the influnce of the bad weather etc. How to certify the quality of the roads and short period under these conditions is a important question.This paper talks about the reforming of Tianren Road of Weifang City. Firstly, it gives the overview of the Tianren Road. Secondly, it formulates the project plans acorrding to the actual situations of the road, the request of the urban construction department, and combinating the theory of the project management. In the process of formulating the project plans, the first step is to describe the items, to decompose the items, the next step is to estimate the time acorrding to the logical relationship of the items, and the third step is to make the item reforming project using the Gunt map and the Critical Path Mithod. Thirdlly, carrying out the contral of the projects. With the analysis of the effecting elements, combining the progress schedule, the essay tracks the projects, establates the contral system, and discusses how to contral the reforming prgressing project of the Tianren Road.This thesis scientificly and systemicly analyses the reforming prgressing project of the Tianren Road of Weifang City, and procides referencing pradigam of the project progress in the field, so it has the significane of the theory innovation and directing the practice.
