The Research Of Unit Production Enterprise Optimization Base On Lean Production

Because the change of market environment, the market changes into buyer market, unit production will become market predominance need mode. This production mode has the characteristic of it well satisfy the customer diversification and personalized needs, but it also cause unit production low efficiency, long production period and quality is difficult to control. Previous studies show that lean production can overcome these weaknesses.This thesis base on the related theory of production management, batch production and Lean production theories. The object is50caliber of diaphragm valve rubber lining body production workshop in JT Company. Value stream mapping method is applied to analyze the Production status to find the problem. Based on value stream mapping, further analyses the site, shop layout, production mode, logistic and line balance, and diagnoses the problems. Then give some detail solutions and methods by the findings. Detail solutions contains Constant WIP production mode. The mode is made for characteristics of unit production; it overcomes the billboard pull production only applicable to the stable production environment, and also avoid inventory big shortcoming of traditional push type production mode.Evaluate the results of entire improvement. Analyze the applicability of lean production, Lean production can use not only on caliber of diaphragm valve rubber lining body of JT Company, but also other products and other company.
