Lean Production System In YD Fitting Company

In today’s rapidly changing and increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, China’s manufacturing industry is facing greater pressure, the customer request the product more than ever, lower cost, shorter period and higher quality. In order to solve the current difficulties, the Chinese enterprises began to study and import the lean production, can maximize resources configuration, with the minimum input for maximum output. In this paper, we study the YD pipe manufacturing company, facing the same cost and efficiency, such as pressure, the purpose of the operating condition of the enterprise in order to achieve an overall improvement, import the lean production system is necessary and timely.Paper first introduces the theory of lean, elaborated from mass production mode to the mode of lean production mode transformation process, and lists some lean theory extension cases from manufacturing to other areas. And then through the contrast analysis of the YD company some of the key operational data, it is concluded that determine the necessity of using lean tools. By the application of lean thinking way to analyze the production process of the main products of the company, to adjust production layout based on the mass production mode, set standards for each process operation and further construct a new layout. Using 5 s, equipment maintenance(TPM), single minute exchange of die(SMED) lean tools such as production, effectively reduce the equipment failure rate, improve production efficiency and security, make comprehensive improved operating data. Eventually build lean assessment and evaluation system, to further stabilize the effect of lean improvement. At the same time, in order to realize the people lean as the goal, through the single point of the worker education and construct the reasonable suggestion system platform, promote the staff quality ascend and effectively reduce the operating costs.To sum up, this paper applied the theory of lean, lean system is set up for YD company, put forward the construction of the lean system, from the perspective of the process improvement method. In the process of lean import improve staff quality, lean evaluation system is established. Finally successful company operational indicators, the purpose of an overall improvement for related manufacturing industry of lean system construction provides a good example.
