With the rapid development of computer networks, the rapid expansion of information,How to quickly and efficiently locate the information they need, and can summarize theinformation in the original innovation on the basis of new information, has become an importantaspect of contemporary college students to cultivate, and have a major impact on thedevelopment of college students out of school after. However, information literacy cultivation isdifferent from other disciplines, often because there is no fixed or fixed hours of teachingresources have been neglected schools, colleges and universities that are now graduates ofinformation literacy is not very high. By analyzing the survey found that as awareness of theimportance of information literacy has been increasing, and now there are many colleges anduniversities have joined the teaching scholars to study how to improve the students’ informationliteracy, and made a lot of practical feasibility and effectiveness of high value teaching mode.The author summarizes these new teaching model based on the analysis, combined with thecharacteristics of the network teaching platform, proposed the use of the network platform toimprove students’ information literacy cultivation strategy.Research papers from two main aspects: First, the theoretical aspects, the author throughliterature analysis, to find the information, details about the relevant theoretical knowledge, andon this basis to write about the ability of students’ information literacy questionnaire, and theninvestigation and analysis of the questionnaire, a combination of factors made use of all aspectsof the network platform to carry out cultivation of university teaching information literacystrategy; Second practice, the author analyzes the existing network platform on informationliteracy training, it is through the analysis of their characteristics, function and shortcomings,combined with the previous survey done after detailed analysis summary, determine thefunctional structure of the platform based on cultivating students’ information literacy PBL, andaccordingly completed the design and implementation of network platforms. Platform includesrelated developments, the latest announcements, special knowledge expand your knowledge,question bank, study and exchange module, the user types into visitors, ordinary users andadministrators categories, platform module implements interactive learning exchanges betweenthe users and exchanges.Features of this study is mainly reflected in:(1) Students will be placed in fosterinformation literacy network platform implemented to solve the traditional information literacynurtured some drawbacks, such as lack of teaching resources, student differentiation is difficultto balance;(2) PBL teaching mode will embed information literacy cultivation network platform,making teaching and practical problems associated with network platform, teaching more practical.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first is the introduction, this chapter focuses onthe background and significance of the thesis statement made system analyzes the currentresearch, a brief description of the content and significance of the research and so on. The secondchapter is the analysis of the survey, the first method is to use the interview survey questionnaireanalysis, and reference to other relevant questionnaire papers need to develop informationliteracy questionnaire, then survey and questionnaire, the final analysis of some mainstreamuniversity information literacy teaching mode, and made a personal recommendation. The thirdchapter is to analyze the network platform, first a brief overview of PBL theory, followed by theintroduction of PBL teaching mode discussed in cultivating students’ information literacynetwork platform advantage analysis, and finally a brief explanation of the system developmentguidelines, principles and analysis needs. The fourth chapter is the design of the networkplatform the main job is the overall design and database design. The fifth chapter is about therealization of the platform, is the first picture in the form of modules and describes the mainfunction of the platform, followed by the library module on the issue of a problem explaining todo. The sixth chapter is a summary of the research done and outlook.
