| The post-information age is characteristic of the application of information technology, its practical value as well as its social and economic influence. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the status quo of information technology talents nurturing in information age, this dissertation reveals the conflicts between information technology talents nurturing and its social needs by way of documentary research, questionnaire survey, data analysis and comparative research. Meanwhile, this dissertation throws light on the education target and scenario of information technology talents nurturing, arguing and analyzing its feasibility. This dissertation consists of seven chapters.Chapter one, as the exordium of this dissertation, primarily introduces the reason, objective and value of the research topic, and then describes the key terms like "talent nurturing and nurturing mode","post-information age" and "the internet of things". Furthermore, this chapter introduces the approach, method and possible innovation in this research.Chapter two discusses the tide of global infonnatization and its development in China and it comprises three main aspects, i.e., the tide of global infonnatization, the review of informatization development after the founding of new China and the reform and demands in post-information age.Chapter three mainly discusses the development of China’s post and telecommunication higher education and the new situation in talents nurturing. It introduces the historical development of China’s post and telecommunication higher education in the stage of elite higher education and the opportunities as well as alternatives in the stage of popular higher education. This chapter also gives a general comment on the status quo of information technonlogy talents nurturing in domestic undergraduate educaion. Based on the survey of satisfaction level of information technology talents nurturing and personal interviews this chapter analyzes the status quo of information technology talents nurturing in China’s post and telcommunication higher education and throws light on the new need for information technology talents nurturing in post-information age. Chapter four focuses on the comparative research on the telecommunication curriculum system in higher education home and abroad. Through comparative research in knowledge data and instruction principium, this chapter compares the telecommunication curriculums systems in China and America and then draws a conclusion based on comparative data analysis.Chapter five expounds on the theory of comprehensive caliber nurturing of information technology talents in post-information age and conducts a corresponding empirical research. It analyses the differential needs in information technology talents nurturing and comprehensive caliber nurturing in different ages. Based on the aforesaid analysis this chapter ascertains the education objective and comprehensive development requirements in information technology talents nurturing in the new age. Meanwhile, this chapter holds that humanity quality should be the essential ingredient in comprehensive caliber nurturing. From the perspective of curriculum system this chapter also depicts in detail the comprehensive caliber nurturing mechanism and specific methods.Chapter six is concerned with the theory and empirical research on creativity nurturing in post-information age. It discusses and analyzes the multifunctional nurturing modes, including creativity nurturing mode aiming at potentiality innovation, capability nurturing mode aiming at potentiality nurturing and entrepreneurship nurturing mode aiming at education background innovation. Finally, this chapter depicts information technology talents nurturing mechanism and practical methods under the guidance of glacier theory.Chapter seven is about the theory and empirical research on the fostering of individualized caliber in information technology talents nurturing. It analyses the urgent needs by the realistic society for individualized information technology execution capability during its rationalization process. In this chapter, self-esteem is raised as the fundamental attribute in individualized caliber nurturing. Meanwhile, this chapter depicts mechanism and methods in individualized caliber nurturing of information technology talents under the guidance of constructivism. |
