At present,the education of infornation security literacy has become an integral part of the information security system.The lack of adequate literacy in information security may bring hidden troubles to the information securities of nations,organizations,even individuals,which may inflict large losses.However,the research on information security Literacy education,compared with the traditional security research such as password,firewall,anti-virus technology and other "hard technology",has not received due attention.In addition,there are many problems to be solved,such as the way of information security education,the evaluation of education effect,knowledge recomnendation and so on.To this end,this paper will focus on the design and implementation of information security literacy education system software.First,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,it analyzes the basic security needs of the user.Then it builds a hierarchical model of user information security needs to satisfy the user's security needs and evolution.Subsequently,it puts forward the overall framework of the education system of infornation security literacy,which involves module of security knowledge aggregation,module of security knowledge recommendation,and module of user demand evolution.In the module of security knowledge aggregation,the paper introduces the concept of ontology into the domain of security.Reference to the security ontology construction technology,it builts security ontology based on users' needs.By using the theme crawler technology and taking the security ontology as theme,it aggregates different levels of information security knowledge for the user.Finally,based on the comparative experiment of security ontology focused crawler and traditional keyword based focused crawler,the results show that the performance of the ontology based focused crawler is relatively dominant.In the module of security knowledge recommendation,the paper analyzes construction method of user interest model and knowledge recommendation mechanism,puts forward the method of knowledge recommendation based on learning goal orientation.Subsequently,it introduces an improved method of personalized knowledge recommendation.On the one hand,it uses the user's learning objectives to guide the organization of the recornended content.On the other hand,it doesn't recommend single point of knowledge to the user,but the knowledge chain generated by the knowledge point,to help users better understand the content of the knowledge,so as to improve the user's learning eflrectIn the module of user demand evolution,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of traditional user's demand evolution moael,and puts forward the model of user demand evolution based on assessment of information security literacy.It introduces litear,evaluation into user's demand evolution system,so that user can enjoy the service with own security needs,At length,it ealculates the maturity vector of user's information security literacy,by obtaining the user's evaluation of baseline vector and user evaluation of profile vector.Subsequently,it plugges the maturity vector of user's information security literacy into the fiunction of demand evolution,to determine the security requirements of the next stage of users.Finally,the education system of information security literacy based on the Android platform is relized.Firstly,it explains the development environment and tools adopted by the prototype system.Then,it illustrates the design idea of system and the lmplement of key modules,including knowledge recommendation module,literacy assessment module and demand evolution module.At last,it introduces the operation of prototype system.
