With the widespread rapid development of information technology, network blog, micro-blog, BBS, E-mail and other instant messaging tools, diversified distribution channels, make the dissemination of information by the traditional media discourse center of the affirmative transition, in the context of such information under people’s lives are no longer wrapped piece of information, but the information is fragmented and many divided, the traditional mode of transmission media constantly being broken and transformation, information then spread towards the massed, fragmentation direction. At the same fragmentation of information around the people around all the time, especially for college students, as a higher level of knowledge, more contact with new media, social groups with virtually no experience, how should the face of such complex information environment has been the focus of attention. In this paper, the Tianjin area college students, for example, through the analysis of college students in the new media environment, media literacy should be combined with survey data analysis to explore the dissemination of information on college students fragmentation of media literacyThis paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduces the research background of this study, the purpose and significance of domestic and foreign research on fragmentation and media literacy of the sort and profiles, on the basis of summarizing the main research method of this study, and proposed innovation;The second part, the main focus on information dissemination and fragmentation of media literacy theory analysis. Including the definition of information fragmentation and media literacy concepts, and information fragmentation produced a brief overview of the conditions and characteristics;The third part is the focus of this study. Mainly on the questionnaire to do system analysis.
