Today, we are in the era of information explosion, the kind and the amount of information is rising quite rapidly, the information science is developing fast at the same time. In such an information era, the media, as an important source of social information, is also developing quite fast. A great amount of mediated information has been the most important channel of the source of information to the children, yang people and other common people. Either the commercialized main stream traditions or a kind of information which challenge the folk customs and the public morals, the ideology is glutted with the mediated information, and the media is by no means the producer of the"consciousness industry". The mass media has influenced the yang generation deeply in their spirituals and cultural lives, and the construction and cultivation of their consciousness and morality. The media has been the most important factor which influences the build of value systems and world view of the yang generation. In the book <>, Marshall Mcluhan said:"Media culture has merged the communication and culture a process of dynamics, encompass every person in it, and live in the ceremony and the landscape which the media culture constructs, we must"learn to survive"". In modern informational era, the function of the mass media is becoming great gradually; the people must learn to understand and use it well, not to be controlled by the mass media information. So, the research of media literacy education has great realistic meaning and academic value. In modern society, the people get knowledge mainly from two channel, they are the school and the mass media. If we say that the school gives us the chance to accept regular education, which the mass media influences and educates the people latently. The mass media is called"invisible school"or"parallel school". The courses of the invisible school are even more attractive and influential than those of the traditional school. All the kinds of information it propagates are also influence the understanding and comprehension of the people to the outside world. Therefore, how to teach the students, especially the contemporary college students to recognize the mass media and the media information sensibly and reasonably, to rethink the positive and negative influences of the media and media information to the people, and how to use the media information effectively to serve for ourselves and the social developments, that has been an important subject in the school education and the social education at present.
