In order to effectively improve the health status of resident children lived in Shijiazhuang and to ensure the healthy growth of them, the relevant departments of public health organizations must dynamically monitor children’s health status. Relevant departments should understand health status of children timely, disseminating knowledge of protecting healthy growth of children, improving the children’s routine immunization rates in this city. The arrival of the information age provides an opportunity for the child’s health information management of community medical service department and computer software technology and network technology can be used to easily build dynamic information management system for children.This thesis describes the design and implementation of resident children dynamic management system in Shijiazhuang. A variety of computer development softwares are utilized to realize requirements analysis, design and implementation of the system. UML modeling techniques are applicable to discuss system’s requirements analysis and design. The paper draws use-case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram to define specific embodiments of the system development. Parts of system’s ER diagram are showed and brief description of some important database relational tables is raised as well.The implementation of the system is based on the J2EE platform which possesses a quality of easy-maintainning, flexibility, scalability and provides greatly convenience for the development of the system. WEB technology and B/S realization, i.e. the browser and server mode are used in the realization mode. White-black box testing and non-functional test of the system are presented as well.After requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system, every functional modules of resident children dynamic management system in Shijiazhuang are realized ultimately.Seven modules include basic management, information management of resident children randomly assessment task management, personnel tasks management, information leak checking management, information inquiry of resident child management, statistics and announcements management.The implementation of the system not only meets the functional needs, but also offers data query, analysis, statistics and summary functions. The system users are able to announce to all the rest. A lot of inadequacies are improved to meet system users’ needs after system testing.The operation of the system greatly improves the efficiency of community public health service staff which makes it possible for staffs to query, analyze, collect and count. It greatly improves the efficiency of staff and has been widely appreciated and gained good social effects.
