Design And Implementation Of Community Health Service Information Management System For Dongsheng Area

With the ever-changing of economy and living standards,the residents' cognition level of family and individual health management also gradually increases,so does the people's health awareness and the demand for the health service quality.Due to the shortage of domestic medical resources and the huge population,hospitals are struggling with the diagnosis and treatment so that difficult to handle the personal health management.Thus,the state announced an advice of the development of community health services to promote diversified and personalized primary health services,which mainly focuses on personal health management and its informatization.In recent years,with the development of electronic health records,residents' personal health management level has been raised.However,diversified and fragmented EHRs are created in different medical departments,which poses further challenges to the management of personal health records.In addntion,scattered eHealth data become islands of information,which makes it difficult for data sharing and developing residents' health services.Therefore,there is a strong need for a well-functioning community health records management system.In this thesis,according to the need of community health service information management from Dongsheng area,this article design and development a community health service information management system which is expected to improve the quality of personal health management and services.First of all,this article analyzes the background and the objective of this system.According to the actual needs of community health service in Dongsheng area and the advantages and disadvantages of current systems,the health records are divided into two types,which are family and individuals.Then,the overall functions and performance requirements are analyzed in detail.In the design phase,the system is divided into six main functional modules: system management,family records management,family records changes,personal records management,death recording and health education management.The system uses B/S architecture,JavaWeb language for development,and database is MySQL.Finally,the thesis implements and tests various functions of the system to meet the need of community health service information management in Dongsheng area.
