Health Management will be born, health management is the health status of individuals or groups as well as risk factors for comprehensive monitoring, analysis, evaluation, to provide health advice and guidance as well as risk factors for health intervention in the whole process. Health management has become an effective way to reduce medical costs and improve the health of residents. However, the main work of the domestic medical center still in the stage of disease detection, over the years accumulated a lot of information on healthy individuals or groups, but the lack of contact and dynamically updated information, the lack of effective follow-up information analysis tools, resulting in These resources can’t take advantage of the integration and information for medical users can not achieve true health management.In this regard, this paper presents the basis of the existing traditional health examination services on the resources of the hospital’s integration through information technology, Internet technology, expert knowledge base technology to provide residents with a comprehensive health management services platform. The service-oriented architecture(SOA) design, component models based on WEB services, can different hardware platforms, operating systems, programming languages, systems connected in order to achieve the integration and interaction between systems. By standardizing the interface description and service requirements definition so that the existing medical system and hospital information management system(HIS) and the effective integration of end applications for mobile devices, thereby improving the efficiency of software development. In this paper, the health management business Hospital Medical Center as a starting point, the SOA architecture applied to practical applications go, the main research contents are as follows(1) studied the theory of SOA, SOA and key technologies in the platform applications.(2) According to the architecture platform for infrastructure layer, a data service layer, the service component layer, application service layer, and an integrated portal for a detailed analysis of the design.(3) provides a unified service definition and standard interface design.This paper presents a complete health management model based on SOA architecture, the system not only focus on the service break in combination with the business layer, but further service by WEB presentation layer and the data layer also conducted separate services, in order to achieve a top-down, loosely coupled model of health management.
