Research On Community-oriented Health Information Management And Service System

Community is an important place for people's daily life and an important background of individual and the family's health and affection. Seeking the satisfactory health services is the most fundamental health of the residents, and the approach to seeking relies on faultless information provision. Community residents' demand for health information is an impetus source of establishing community health information management and service system. At present, the grass-roots community health care can not effectively achieve the digital and standardize management of community residents'information. To meet community residents' requirements for health information management and service, this paper studied and developed a community health information management and service system by using Visual Studio. Net and Access.GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) leads into the concept of packet transmission and packet switching. GPRS can be employed for wearable physiological parameter detection and communication. As GPRS has the characteristics of high data transmission rate, always-on, accounting according to traffic, it plays a significant role in exploiting late-model medical system for communities. This paper first designed a community mobile medical system based on GPRS by studying development of domestic and foreign. The system consists of several portable physiological parameter monitors, a Wireless monitoring terminal, a community care center and a community health management center.On this basis, this paper further studied the community health management and service part of the system, and then designed and implemented a community health information management and service system, which is taking older users as the main target and chronic disease prevention as main goals. The system covers five aspects, including family archive management, disease prevention, health care management, health education, and system information management. The family archive management module was designed to administer basic information of family and family members of the community; the disease prevention module was designed to register and manage chronic sufferers in the community; the health care management module was established to manage medical information and evaluate the life quality of community resident; the health education module was designed to provide knowledge and learning services of life care, common drugs, and common diseases; the system information management module was designed to set operating parameters, manage permissions and database.
