Design And Implementation Of Health Information Management System For Pregnant Women And Children

Nowadays,Informatization has been developed in all kinds of industries.It is an effective way to protect the health of pregnant women and children,and improve the quality of the new birth,and reduce the birth rate of unhealthy children.Meanwhile,the informatization also becomes a key method of the eugenics strategy.However,under the circumstance of the current development domestically,the health information of the pregnant women and children is not available for exchanging and sharing through the internet state to state.The valuable data resources is unachievable and a large number of scientific data of maternal and child health could not be used effectively.In view of this background,this paper proposes a national health information management platform for pregnant women and children.It takes.NET as the system development method in this paper.The system development framework is B/S five layers architecture model.Design of physical database table structure of the system bases on SQL Server2008.This system is proceeded through J2 EE platform.Testing and improvement of the system is run by the software.According to the characteristics and actual needs of maternal and child health information management,this paper has carried out the following work:1.To complete the feasibility analysis,demand analysis,system module design and other work of maternal and child health information management system at the national level.It can save time and cost during the system promotion comprehensively in the future.2.To design and implement a secure and stable database which is based on database technology,combined with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database management system.We analysis and design the background database table structure,triggers,stored procedures and functions.We make the database table structure reasonable,normative and extensible so as to be a better data supplier to the client.3.To design and develop the monitoring subsystem of the child nutrition status in the maternal and child health information management system.It actualizes the analysis of children's physical evaluation index,analysis function of children's nutrition dietary index and analysis of children's nutritional and biochemical indexes,etc.The application of this system is highly practicable which can well monitor and drive the children growing up healthily.This paper designs and develops the maternal and child health information management system to monitor the health and service condition of maternal and 0-6 year old children.,including health and service status dynamic data collection.By the evaluation of the performance of the relevant indicators of maternal and child health and unified service,it can provide the technical support for the government decision-making and resource allocation,which has a high reference value.
