CRM(Customer Relationship Management) namely meaning to manage thecustomer relationship,and it emphasized on taking the customer as the center.Alongwith the enterprise becoming an information based society development,the customerrelationship management system has become one of enterprise’s core managementsystems day by day.The essence of Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM)application system development is described,and the focus on the architecture,developing support flat, functional modules and so on. And it proposes a solution todividing the functional modules of customer relationship management applicationsystem. From the angle of software engineering,according to the object-orientedsoftware implementation method,the paper made the demand analysis to the SocialCRM system and the modeling using UML,as well as the database design usingMicrosoft SQL Server as database modeling tool.Finally it realized an informationservice platform of CRM system by means of techniques such as.NET and so on.We analyze the problem is a software—Rational Rose that is a Object-orientedlanguage of the visual modeling tools. Finally this paper analyses the advantages of3-layer C/S structure and B/S structure. It also introduces SCRM theory. It demonstratesthe methods of developing SCRM system in C#language based on3-layer structure byMicrosoft.Net Frameworks.
