Customer resources are the important information of an enterprise.The operation strategy and market activities of an enterprise are planned rationally around customers,and the training industry is based on customers.With the increasingly fierce market competition in the training industry,the channels for customers to obtain information are more dispersed.How to make the most effective investment market plan,how to find quasi-customers faster and how to improve the conversion rate of customers are the urgent problems for training enterprises.Based on the analysis of the development of CRM in training industry,combined with the actual engineering needs of C.Painting,this thesis designs and implements a customer relationship management system(T_CRM)for qianbaijing,which is divided into five modules: customer module,business opportunity module,customer classification,contract module and sales forecast module.T_CRM provides support for pre-sale application by establishing business database and business subject oriented data warehouse,adopting decision tree and neural network learning technology.This thesis focuses on two main modules of data mining technology: sales forecasting module through data analysis and learning,scientific prediction of the number of future sales;business opportunity module through the decision tree to complete the high transaction rate of agent recommendation.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)Analyze the actual demand of C.Painting company,study the data support module of customer classification and sales forecast,and analyze the technology of customer classification and sales forecast;(2)Analyze the overall demand of the customer management system,and design a business intelligence customer relationship management system based on the demand analysis,use the classification method to realize the customer intelligent classification,and use the neural network algorithm to realize the sales volume prediction;(3)Design and implement a customer relationship management system that can classify customers and predict sales.The system can classify potential customers according to the transaction rate,predict sales volume in advance,solve the problem of experience dependence of sales personnel,the proportion of market investment,improve work efficiency,and accelerate the speed and conversion rate of customer conversion.Through the implementation of this system,enterprises have realized the pre-position of sales management,deepened the understanding of customers,predicted the transaction of late sales,and implemented targeted sales strategies.It not only improves work efficiency,reduces staff costs,but also makes a scientific prediction of financial market input.
