Design And Realization Of County Land Management Information System

Land and resources is a kind of non-renewable resources; and with rapid development of economy, quicken urbanization process requires an increasingly higher management for land and resources. At present, land management of our country has got into informatization, and the transparency and openness of management have greatly improved compared with the previous; however, land management from each county is still centered by businesses, which restricts urbanization process to some extent. In that case, on the basis of previous management experience for land and resources, this paper is going to carry out the following study:In this paper, using component-based GIS development mode combined with the Oracle database, land management information system of function module is realized, including general data management, spatial data management, data logging management and metadatabase management. Additionally, in full consideration of the need for the local land department when designing the system, the defects of rough data management, easy loss or destroy for data, caused by other land information management formerly, is improved and the security of data in the system is ensured via cascade update.Meanwhile, combined with system development, the established measure of county-level land information management system is discussed and a package county-level land information management system development program is proposed, including data collection, database design, and system operation&maintenance, offering references to further improvement of county-level information management system.
