The spatial database (SDB) is a foundation of GIS, with the deepening of the land information projection, the traditional form of spatial data have already begun to be difficult to meet demands of real land work. Under the background of the technical development of the computer, integrate multi-land business have already gradual becoming the focus studied.The paper is based on the analysis of spatial data and the relationship of each land business .Through drawing a comparison between the file based mode and the middleware, this paper designs the integrated spatial database of town cadastre, land utilization status and land use planning, and then puts forward the data conversion from MapGIS into ArcSDE. By carrying on these research and realization, it can be to offering certain thinking and solution for the integration of land data.To design the integrated spatial database, this paper analysis the spatial database which have been existed and the database standard of land business, and then uses layer to manage the data, especially for the common information of the three operations, finally uses theme to manage each operation.During the process of information integration, this paper uses the COM technology to design the information integration interface, and design the map tables to settle the difference of the two software.The result of test indicated that using COM technique and comparison tables can realize the integration of land data; by integration database can share the common information.
