With the urbanization process of our country,the economic structure of rural has been changed.As a result,the changes of land information has become more and more frequent.Gradually,some of the problems have been appeared,such as unclear ownership of land,land use status is unknown,incomplete data information etc.for traditional information management has difficult to meet the need of the reality.In order to ensure the national total area of cultivated land and the fundamental interests of the people effectively,the department of land Resources and agriculture issued a resolution range of basic farmland.It has important practical significance to establish a scientific,efficient,standardized,perfectly land information system.While maximizing economic and social benefits of land resources,meeting the relevant departments of land branch for scientific management.The main content of this paper has three parts.Firstly,research requirement of land management according to the practical problems that had appeared.Secondly,based on the main clue of business which are related to land information management,to establish spatial topological relation in real-time and analysis the spatial and non-spatial data that collected form the district.Thirdly,accomplish the functions such as get the charts,map etc.automatic and map representation of the synchronous update mechanism.Lastly,put a resolution which could make the mange work more scientific and function more effective.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis the current research situation,combining with the related technology and development method,services centered development method is put forword,and expounds the relevant technology such as distributed,heterogeneous spatial database etc.(2)The aspects of system feasibility,business process,functional analysis are detailed introduced.In order to provide efficient and scientific guidance for the whole system design,the components of the system are comprehensive analysised.(3)The distributed heterogeneous spatial database is established.Including spatial data acquisition,processing,inspection,management,maintenance,etc.The Geodatabase data model is used to design spatial database.For database management system could support spatial data,the spatial data and non-spatial data are integrated into the database.The middleware technology is adopted to process heterogeneous data while using the ArcSDE database engine to operate data.(4)Design and implementation of system software.A layered design ideal is adopted by the system develop,build the system architecture which processing the information hierarchical and communicate by the corresponding interface.component development model is used to guarantee the scalability and availability of the system,which makes the system can be flexibly through the component form for hanging,remove or add third party components and convenient for different levels of management mechanism to customize component client management software.The system has friendly man-machine interface,good stability,scalability,data management function,etc.It is not only can improve the land management work efficiency,but can ensure the correctness of data,integrity and scientific data analysis,and provide support for the relevant decision-making departments of land administration.
