Recently, with the city cadastre informationization construction in our country, more and more cases requests the centralized management of the land cadastre data and the service application. Therefore, improving the city cadastre management through the modern science and technology and in special database technology method, raising the level of the city cadastre become the necessity of urban development. The traditional cadastre data management is taking the document as a carrier, collecting certain scope data together simply to conserve, there is a phenomenon of artificial separation for the succeeding and seamless geography space, which has limited the national territory cadastre management application flexibility and efficiency. Therefore, in view of the cadastre data application particularity, this article proposes the centralized management to construct a storehouse for the city cadastre data, and it will organize the cadastre data of covering the whole city scope all map sheet, establish an unified spatial reference, and construct an united spatial database of city cadastre application.In study of essay, exploiting the constructing storehouse technical design which base on Oracle+Arcsde construction, using the relational database to govern the centralized management of the graph and attribute data, realized the chart and attribute unified design management in a real sense. Taking advantage of numerous data management, affair transaction, recording locking, concurrent control and so on in relational database, to realize the unification of constructing database of the spatial data and non-spatial data, which provided a solid foundation for the entire, high quality and effective geography space digital data service in the city cadastre management and other field. Through the spatial database modeling, we adopt the newest database model Geodatabase to manage cadastre data in ArcGIS, and manage the Oracle space database by database administration service ArcSDE. According to the real demand of the city cadastre routine application, it divides spatial database into five levels in logic hierarchical structure as follows: The main storehouse - the branch -the sub-storehouse - logic level - physics level, designs the relational database structure, defines the related restraint rule and the topological relations.Finally, taking the project of cadastre data for constructing database in Qin Dao for example, through analyzing the concretely applied spatial data, to create the relevant procedure of constructing storehouse technology, transform the data to Geodatabase format, further, according to the requirement of GIS application , reform the data attribute and rebuilt...
