The Performance Evaluation And System Software Development Of Listed Electricity Companies

Electric power industry is the pillar of the national economy and the vanguard ofChina’s economic growth. The performance evaluation research of power enterpriseshas always been a hot research in the field of social science direction. In theinformation age, we should improve the efficiency and quality of the performanceevaluation. It is of great importance to escort for electric enterprises’ normaloperation and decision-making information.This article firstly defines the connotations of some concepts related to theperformance evaluation of electric enterprises, identifies the particularity of theperformance evaluation, reviews and comments briefly on the relevant methods usedto evaluate the performance of electric enterprises. Secondly, overall considering thecomprehensiveness and representativeness of indexes, this paper constructs theperformance evaluation index system of electric enterprises from the profitability,operating capacity, security ability and growth ability. And then it analyzes theperformance evaluation of47electric listed companies up to December31,2012byusing efficacy coefficient method, principal component analysis method and greycorrelation method. Thirdly, this paper compares and selects the best from the threeevaluation models by means of the consistent coefficient. Finally, based on theoptimal performance evaluation model of electric enterprises, it designs and developsthe electric electric enterprise performance evaluation system software by adoptingC/S architecture and C#language. Studies concluding that:(1) in the evaluationresults, the performance of electric enterprises has obvious difference;(2) inevaluation model, the efficacy coefficient method is superior to the other twoevaluation models;(3) in design and development of evaluation software, based on thesimple and practical C#programming language and SQLite database, performanceevaluation system software can efficiently achieve preprocessing of performanceevaluation index data of electric enterprises, the determination of index weight andthe comprehensive evaluation of performance for electric enterprises, which makesthe complex and tedious performance evaluation to be done quickly and accurately.
