The Development And Implementation Of Performance Evaluation System Based On Improved Agile Software Development Model

Performance evaluation is the core function of human resource management,and is an important means for enterprise to achieve efficient production and operation,to increase the core competitiveness and to achieve the strategic objectives.The traditional performance evaluation methods have the disadvantage of complexity and low efficiency,so there is an urgent need for a modern performance evaluation platform to achieve efficient,reasonable and scientific performance evaluation.The problem faced by China Petroleum Planning and Engineering Institute(CPPEI)is complexity of organization,in order to improve the imperfect performance evaluation system and the convenience of maintaining performance evaluation system in the future,we decided to develop the performance evaluation system independently.In the part of software development model,we discard the waterfall and improve the agile development model,then pay attention to the code and makes the documents lightweight in order to solve changing demand,tense time and make full use of the advantages of internal self development.Based on the detailed discussion and analysis of enterprise performance evaluation system,firstly,the system uses Axure to make prototype design,discuss with personal department.Secondly,it finds the best solution to achieve the system design and development by UML model,system design,encoding and software testing.It uses C# language and B/S model,bases on.Net platform of Microsoft company,and uses VS2010 as software development tools and SQL Sever 2008 as database management tools,providing a convenient,safe and efficient software development environment.At last,the system realizes the basic information management,project management,working hours management,evaluation management and performance evaluation result management.
