Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Software And Information Technology Service Listed Enterprises

In recent years,China's information transmission,software and information technology service industries are among the fastest growing sectors in the service industry.With the support of national strategies such as building a country with strong innovation,the software and information technology service industry has developed rapidly.In order to realize the sustainable development of such enterprises,the software and information technology service industry must rely on independent innovation to carry out technological R&D and transformation of achievements,and then enhance its own strength and market competitiveness.Innovation performance is the criterion to test the use efficiency of internal resources and innovation effect,and it plays a key role in measuring the implementation effect of innovation activities.The research on innovation performance evaluation of software and information technology services listed companies is an effective way to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.Firstly,the concepts of software and information technology services listed companies and innovation performance are expounded,and the relevant theories and commonly used innovation performance evaluation methods are briefly introduced,and a three-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)and a Malmquist data model are selected for evaluation.Based on the principles of the evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of innovation performance is initially constructed.Then,the index system is selected by using LLE information reconstruction method.Three-stage DEA model and Malmquist index model are used to evaluate innovation performance.The results show that: 90 software and information technology services listed enterprises overall innovation performance level is low,but showed an upward trend.In innovation activities,the low level of innovation performance is mostly caused by R&D investment redundancy,lack of technological progress or low scale efficiency of enterprises.Based on the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward,such as adjusting the input of talents,increasing the input of R&D funds,expanding the scale of enterprises,promoting the technological progress of enterprises and making full use of the regional advantages.
