In today’s society, the Internet unprecedented development, to people’s work and life has brought great convenience and efficiency, information technology, electronic technology has become the preferred savings in operating costs and improves efficiency. Given the current large number of institutions of staff management is still in the stage of manual work, not only inefficient, but also often because of careless management flaws. Therefore, according to the needs of some institutions provided this human resource management system designed to help institutions achieve workforce management office automation, saving management costs, improve work efficiency units.This paper describes a simple MVC pattern based on the analysis of organizational and personnel management systems, design and implementation. System development department’s overall mission is to achieve the relationship between human resource information systematization, standardization and automation. After analysis, we use a variety of object-oriented development tools provided by SUN, first of all, starting from the preliminary investigation of human resources management information systems, introduced the system of ideas and goals to develop meaningful and elaborated on the organization and personnel management information system analysis needs. Then, in a short time and system application prototype iterations its needs, and constantly revised and improved, further complete the system database design, system module design, process flow design and detailed design work, until a viable system.At the same time, as China is in the traditional management approach to computer-based network management taking into account the transition period of transition, organization and personnel management methods have undergone considerable change from thought to action, is in exploring the growing human resource management at any time may happen that change, human resource management software which presented a huge challenge, as the software if we can not change and adapt themselves, then this software is not viable.
