Establishing The Personnel Information System Which Based On The Struts Framework

Owing to the rapid development of computer application technology, theefficient information management technologies emerged. Using these newtechnologies enable the enterprises to achieve information sharing and managers todeal with the information conveniently. Meanwhile, the scale expanding of themodern enterprise leads personnel information management workload also doubled.So personnel information management becomes a very important work. It brings a lotof convenience of enterprise management, reduces the enterprise personnelmanagement cost, coordinates the enterprises and the relation between departments.This paper takes a company personnel management information system as thebackground, through the company’s personnel management present situationinvestigation to propose the personnel management system information design and tobuild the system. The system includes personnel information management, staffinformation management, attendance information management, recruitmentmanagement and evaluation of information when hiring. It can help the enterprise torealize to the personnel management information and process monitoring. The systemis based on Struts framework, completed coding work from the MVC model, viewand control. It provides a convenient and viable solution for corporate personnelmanagement.The test results show the system meets the needs of users and achieves thedesired purposes. It brings a lot of convenience in terms of information management,and effective improvement of working efficiency.
