At present,CRM system is essentially as part of the enterprise information system or is the introduction of a module in ERP software,in large and medium-sized enterprises?but all of these basic CRM system management software is designed according to the western management system,so in many cases can't completely solve the problems of the Chinese characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,and there are also many problems of automatically assigned tasks in the existing customer relationship management system.This thesis mainly solves the small and medium-sized enterprise customer relationship management system in task allocation inefficiency,response time is too long,customer satisfaction problems and so on;New customer loss in the system of intelligent early warning function,can increase the chance of competition,and joined the service management,to the development of the system is used to solve many problems from product marketing to after-sales.On the basis of system requirements analysis,this thesis gives the customer relationship management system,which is based on B/S structure of development plan,and on the J2EE technology platform,using the MVC development pattern,using the technique of SSH framework,Oracle 11 g as the data storage and so on,the development of the system including customer management,sales management,service management,report management,dictionary management module.Among them,the customer management manage to maintain the basic customer information is not only simple,but extends to the management of the whole lifecycle of the customer.Sales management mainly from the system automatically task allocation efficiency aspects and from the perspective of product to manage the sales record.Service management as the core functions of customer service,makes the enterprise not only from a simple customer information management,but also to products and services,so as to provide a multi-angle,multi-dimensional information management solutions.Based on the above modules,statements management implementation JfreeChart technology application,and it has carried on the view level analysis in contribution to the customer,structure,service and so on aspect,it makes the management convenient access and dynamic management of customers.This thesis strictly in accordance with the software development process,and under the guidance of design patterns,developed a customer relationship management system for small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on SSH framework,this thesis describes the customer relationship management system design and implementation of the process,which include system structure design,functional design,database design and implementation of related modules.For the development of CRM system,this thesis used black box testing method to test the function of each module,and user interface,multi-user concurrent operation and system response time and so on non-functional requirements to run the test,the results show that each module function meet demand and the system friendly interface,the response speed and data security and task allocation scheme based on task quantity is stable and reliable,and achieve the desired effect.
