Design And Development On Customer Management Information System For Tourist

In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism industry,tourism industry has played an important role in the local economy.While our country is relatively backward in the tourism informatization management on the whole.A lot of tourism management departments still work in the original way,and the efficiency is relatively low.Based on the background of tourism information,this paper combined local ethnic minorities with the tourism features of Guizhou Province,and aims at improving the informationization level of tourism management department through designing tourism customer management information system,This paper has analyzed the research of tourism demand and the current problems in Guizhou,and it has conducted work from the following three aspects.first,it discussed the theories and methods of information management system of tourism,analyzed the basic requirement of tourism information around the office and the status quo,and summed up the main techniques used by Tourist Administration in the field of customer information management.Second,it has implemented the tourism customer information management system,and make the development principles,steps and strategies through the requirement analysis.At the same time,the business process,data flow analysis and system overall structure design has been improved.Third,in accordance with the modern software hierarchical design thought,it has built the system development environment to implement and verify the main functional module by combining with the main functions of the system requirements,As for System development,this paper chooses the current popular net platform,using B/S mode of MVC architecture and C # + VS2010 + Oracle implementation scheme.The whole system design adopts the idea of modularization based on functional requirements,which is to satisfy various need step by step through the down-top method.Visual Studio 2010 was chosen as the development platform,making the interface design more flexible and convenient,and basis for the design of the function.In addition,system is used in the internal tourism,safety management is required in more stringent.In order to solve this problem,the following design systems on security were improved: first,add IP address verification to ensure the safety of the user to access;second,use permissions password and backup regularly to ensure the safety of system operation.By combining the above techniques,it aims to make the final system perform will in the aspect of security and scalability.Besides,the system has basically realized multiple functions in many aspects,such as the customer management,system management,department heads and staff management,etc.
