In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the business volume has grown rapidly,and telemarketing and customer service have occupied a larger proportion in the development of the industry.How to ensure high efficiency,high stability and easy to get started with the customer service business has become an urgent problem for every company.A complete sales customer service system can help enterprises improve the work efficiency of telemarketers and customer service personnel,ensure the normal operation of the business,increase customer service satisfaction and can monitor the whole process of the entire enterprise sales customer service.Due to the internal technology stack and development cost considerations,the sales customer service system is based on the Linux+Nginx+MySQL+PHP(LNMP)architecture and is developed using the Yii2 framework.The system includes three business function modules:task,documentary,quality inspection,and three independent service modules:message center,call center and storage center.The task module mainly includes three parts:task import,task interception,and task assignment.The document module mainly realizes three parts:task collection,product matching,and push order.The quality inspection module mainly includes three sub-modules:each task type data,call short message record,and recording quality check.The message Center module mainly completes three parts:channel docking,SMS sending,and data service.The call center module mainly includes four parts:institution docking,telephone outbound call,data push,and data query.The storage center module mainly includes four parts:rights authentication,bucket management,file writing,and file reading.Throughout the project,I participated in the complete process of system requirements analysis,design,code development and deployment.The main responsible modules are task module,message center module and call center module.After the system is online,the observation operation is stable,which can meet the efficient use of system users,ensure the accuracy of system data flow,and provide full process monitoring for the whole.The expected goal was achieved.However,there is still room for improvement,which will be gradually transformed and optimized in the subsequent work.
