With the rapid development of China’s economy, the automobile industryincreasingly competitive, the increase of the types of cars and production linesdiversification, makes the type and quantity of auto parts growing quickly,automotive logistics increasingly complex and automotive logistics cost control hasbecome a car manufacturer one urgent problem. Among them, the auto parts logisticsinto the plant has been recognized could be continue improved in the automotivesupply chain and the important part. The traditional components inbound logisticsmode, can not meet the development needs of the automotive industry, mostautomotive industry began to introduce more advanced parts inbound logistics mode.Such as vendor-managed inventory, plant cycle pickup, inventory and distributionjoint etc. In order to ensure the quality of work, logistics, improve logistics efficiencyand reduce logistics costs.This paper studies the factory for automobile parts logistics model, combined withthe actual circumstances of one of the OEM auto parts logistics in a car company thatexist the time windows and inventory constraints, presented with a set of TPL basedautomotive parts distribution center (Supply-hub) of inbound logistics cycle pickupmode, discusses the construction of cycle paths and pick the model optimizationmethod, and finally introduce the case of an automobile manufacturer for analysis.Specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, on the basis of an automobile factory auto parts inbound logistics of theactual investigation, combined with the current development of logistics in theautomotive industry, a lot of reading relevant literature, a comprehensive review ofautomotive parts related to inbound logistics theories and concepts introduced thebasic theoretical knowledge inventory and transportation. Comparative analysis ofdifferent auto parts inbound logistics model, proposed the on time delivery model thatbased on the TPL, inbound distribution of automotive parts logistics model, acomprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the model and thecorresponding implementation of environment and conditions, and the auto partsindustry Reconstruction inbound logistics system made practical and effective advice. Secondly, combined with the actual situation in the volume of transport vehicles forloading constraints, building circulation pick path optimization models. Details of thetheoretical knowledge tabu search algorithms and basic principles, and use tabusearch algorithm for numerical simulation program, to ensure the viability andeffectiveness of the algorithm.Finally, the auto parts manufacturer parts supply data to simulate third-partylogistics companies to provide logistic services for application to verify their modelsand algorithms in this paper, and achieved good results.The innovation of this paper is that: According to the auto parts inbound logistics inthe use of the flying wing trucks, To limit the volume of transport vehicles for theconstraints, in order to prevent the load capacity of a conventional deadweightconstraint conditions calculated in practice is often beyond the volume of the cargovolume loading of the vehicle does not meet the conditions; Presented with timewindows, inventory constraints and shortage of auto parts losses punishment inboundlogistics mode. The model solves the shortcomings of other models, is more advancedauto parts inbound logistics mode.
