Supply logistics is the bond between suppliers and manufacturing enterprises, and itplays an important role as the source among the supply chain system. With increasingpressure in the market competition, many enterprises gradually become aware of theimportance to control the supply logistics costs reasonably. As a closed loop pull pickupmode, Milk-run has been used in the supply logistics widely. Electronic materials are intechnology-intensive industries, and there are fast upgrades and short life cycles. Therefore,in the electronic materials’ supply logistics with Milk-run, the manufacturing enterprisesrequire higher supply promptness. However, due to the uncertain factors, such as vehiclebreakdowns, traffic jams and so on, there are various disruption events which maybe causethe initial optimal program not to proceed during the implementation stage. According tothe prompt requirements of electronic materials’ supply logistics, we need to do research indisruption management.This dissertation focuses on the sudden disruption events of electronic materials’supply logistics with Milk-run. Based on the basic idea of disruption management, Ianalyse the supply logistics disruption problems deeply. The main contents are as follows:(1) Measuring the delay time caused by the disruption events of electronic materials’supply logistics system, analysing the deviation cost which composes of emergency servicecost and penalty cost, and introducing the disruption recovery strategies.(2) After the analysis of supply logistics disruption management through the deviationtime and deviation cost, establishing the mixed integer planning model of disruptionmanagement in electronic materials’ supply logistics with Milk-run.(3) According to the character of this model, designing a Lagrangian relaxationalgorithm to simplify constraint conditions, and transforming into the shortest pathproblem with minimal cost and soft time window restrained. By the C.W saving algorithm,obtaining the initial solution. In order to further optimize the initial solution, there isiterative step by step by subgradient optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal value.(4) In order to validate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, designingnumerical experimentation of China overseas logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, and comparethe disruption management algorithm with the traditional method. In the end, proving thevalidity of the model and algorithm in this dissertation.On the basic of comprehensive consideration among electronic materials suppliers, Milk-run supply logistics providers and electronics manufacturers, establishing thedisruption management model under the time windows of the suppliers and manufacturers,and the goal is minimizing deviation time and deviation costs. This model providetheoretical basis for disruption management of Milk-run supply logistics, and has definitepractical significance.
