Twenty-f irst century, China’s dairy industr y and related dair y industry has als o been r apid development, but at the same time the rapid development of China’s dair y industr y has expos ed many problems. In 2008 the melamine inc ident and the milk dr ained phenomenon in 2014, dir ectly or indirectly ref lect that there are some defects and shortcomings in the dairy farming str ucture, system of dairy f arming, cattle breeding technology in our country. In view of thes e problems, combined w ith the s ize of the demand of China’s dairy industry’s actual s ituation and the development of inf ormation technology, this paper studies a kind of simple and eas y to use, high degr ee of automation, low cost milk testing and electr ical conductivity testing equipment, it can provide data support for dairy cows to determine the health status.We have combined the res earch status at home and abroad, and have carr ied on the r elated research to some small and medium-s ized farms. Vis ited and studied in the f irst ranch of Feihe dairy company in Kedong County, Qigihar City, Heilongjiang province in the middle of June 2014. To determine the actual application environment of equipment, put forward the over all des ign of the equipment and the implementation of the program.First ly, this artic le describes the des ign and implementation of devices hardwar e system. It mainly inc ludes the pr ocessor module, data measur ement module, data tr ansmiss ion module, display and input module. According to the actual working envir onment and other factors, we chose the STM32F103ZET6 chip as the devic e of the microprocessor, using OF05ZZT- AR flow sensor and conductivity electrode to achieve data acquis ition f unction. At the s ame time, we use the AT 070 T N92 LCD screen and touch screen to achieve the device display and input function, and completed the har dware c ircuit des ign. We use the w ireless tr ansmiss ion scheme based on the technology of ZigBee, realize the function of data transmission equipment.Secondly, this artic le descr ibes the des ign and implementation of devices software system. This ar tic le uses Keil MDK as the device embedded development tools. The softwar e system mainly inc ludes four par ts, data process ing, data tr ansmiss ion, display control and common filter ing algor ithms. This artic le completed the work flow chart of the software system and realizes the functions of the software system.Finally, we have completed the establishment and validation of exper imental measur ement system model, which inc ludes flow measurement model, conductivity measurement model and temperature compensation coeff ic ient model. We ver if y the availability and accuracy of the equipment model, t he maximum r elative error of the f low measur ement data is 4.3%, the minimum relat ive error is 1.2%, and the overall error is less than 5%, with the result of the fl ow measur ement in the 10 groups. And t he maximum relative error of the conductivity meas urement is 4.3%, the minimum relative error is 1.2%, and the over all error is less th an 5%, with the result of the conductivity measur ements in the 20 gr oups. The relative error of the exper iment is in the allowable range, which shows the accuracy and availability of the model.In summar y, this artic le studies the milk conductivity measurement and inf ormation detection device bas ically re alized milk yield measur ement, milk conductivity detection information, the data transfer function. This device us es microcontroller and sensor technology to achieve the measur ement data, which is in line w ith automation, information techn ology of Cow Livestock-r ais ing development in our countr y. The equipment has advantages of low cost, easy to use, high measur ement prec is ion, it has a good r esearch and applic ation value, is helpful to improve the level of our country f arming technology, and plays an important role in impr oving the milk yield and prevention of dairy cow diseases.
