In recent years, with the cont inuous im provem ent of people’s living st andards and t he r apid growth of the dem and for m ilk, China’s annual out put of m ilk has increased rapidly. But with t he quality and saf ety of m ilk and dairy products relat ed t o the level of t echnology is st ill relat ive backward. Raw m ilk qualit y, annual out put of m ilk and per capita shar e compar ed w ith developed countr ies, t her e is a large gap. The r eason is that the dairy industry s ystem is not p erfect, and transpor t process does not guarantee, and far ms and dairy pr oducts process ing factory mut ually shir k respons ibilit y, and the technology level of trans port at ion and pr oduct ion is low, and it is lack of moder n management means. To solve t hese pr oblems, combined wit h the needs of the development of China’s dairy scale, autom at ion, technology and inform at ion, this research has des igned and realized the r eal t im e monitor ing and ear ly war ning system of t he r aw m ilk trans port process with t he openness and expans ibility. The dat a server receives the temper at ure in m ilk t anks and vehic le locat ion inform at ion dur ing t he tr ansport process. It provides data bas is for monitor ing the quality of raw m ilk and m ilk t anks temperatur e warning. Thr ough the BP neur al network and fuzzy infer ence m ake t he dec is ion of the t emperat ure ear ly war ning. And t hen realize the funct ion of real-t im e m onit or ing and ear ly warnin g of r aw m ilk transport process. The main res earch contents and results are as follows:First ly, the relat ed t echnologies of raw m ilk transport process were summ ar ized. Based on the HACCP standar d system and the 3T pr inc iple, load ed Maps Google and carr ied on t he second t ime develop. Select GPRS comm unicat ion m ode transm itt ed the target data. Socket technology received the target data, and stored the data to the database.Secondly, the BP neur al network and fuzzy reasoning were descr ibed in this r esearch, BP neur al network had nonlinear mapping abilit y, fast r eal-t im e, adapt ive learn ing ability. F uzzy reasoning had m any advant ages, such as t he fuzzy data process ing funct ion, easy to underst and, high tr ansparency, intelligence, and so on. And then the system m ade ear ly warning dec is ions for the temperature in the milk tank.Thir dly, t he r eal t im e monitor ing and ear ly-warning syst em of r aw m ilk tr ansport proc ess was analyzed and des igned in this res earch. Des igned the real-t im e syst em followed t he pr inc iples of security, scalabilit y, pract icality. And then det ailed des ign syst em operat ion f low, system network topology structure, system structure, system function module and database.Finally, display r aw m ilk tr anspor t process real-t ime m onit or ing and ear ly warning syst em platf orm. To implem ent and t est the four funct ion modules of t he raw m ilk trans port process : t he locat ion of the vehic le tr ack, query the hist or ical dat a, the t em per atur e monitor ing, the temper at ure warning.In summ ary, t he syst em provided a public network platform f or the pr oduct ion of raw m ilk producers, consum ers, and regulators. It solved a ser ies of diff icult pr oblems, such as vehic le could not be pr ecis ely pos it io ned, system could not monitor the tem per atur e and the t emperature could not be t im ely war ning, and so on. T his study had a certain r efer ence value for prom ot ing t he healthy development of dairy products in China.
