With the rapid development of the global economy, which causes a revolution inthe manufacturing industry. More and more enterprises introduce the method of theinformation technology management to improve efficiency. Every enterprise wants todevelop manufacturing execution system (MES) which is suitable for their owmproduction line. The MES can solve the job shop scheduling problem and real-time datamonitoring problem. In this paper, under considering the demands of the photovoltaicEnterprise. Using tabu search algorithm, the workflow and the Internet Things toresearch and practice MES.This paper mainly includes some aspects as following. For the aspect oftechnology developing system. Based MVC pattern on the integration solutions forMES platform, which contains three layers structure of Spring.NET framework,IBatis.NET framework and ASP.NET MVC technology. The front-page use the JqueryUI framework and Ajax technology. In production, the most diffcult problem is how toslove the job shop scheduling problem. The photovoltaic Enterprise uses thesingle-object flexible job shop product method, so tabu search algorithm can solve theproblem well. This paper detailed describes the tabu search algorithm and compareswith other algorithms to sum up the prons and cons of each algorithm. In the workshopmanagement, introduction of the workflow managed the workshop. This paper analyzesthe benefits of the workflow of the production MES managed the workflow model, theworkflow permissions and the workflow instance. In the workshop data processing,Using RFID technology in the Internet of things, the mobile terminal collectes theinformation of the various components. Then the Anroid program processes thedata.Finally, interacting through the wireless network with the back-end server’s MES.Finally, in the end of this paper summarizes the work and indicates the further problemsto research.Analysising and designing the details, developing the various functional modulesin the MES can meet the actual demand of the photovoltaic Enterprise. Meanwhile, inorder to improve the user experience choosing the Jquery UI framework and Ajaxtechnology enhance the appearance and the page refresh rate of the front-end page. Tabusearch algorithm is the most appropriate to solve the job shop problem of this enterprise.The workflow manages the workshop, which speeds up the efficiency of the workshopproduction. Using RFID technology in the Internet of things and the Anroid program,managers can conduct real-time data acquisition, real-time monitoring, and real-timeprocessing.
