Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

At present, the company system construction has become the focus of each enterprise production work in our country, among which the reform of the economic system has asked higher demand for the enterprise financial management. How to manage the enterprise finance scientifically and link the financial management and enterprise's capital structure closely have important guiding significance to the enterprise financial management practice.In this paper, by using Java, JBPM technology etc., based on the MVC mode, in the waterfall development process, under the analysis of the software development stages of financial management, a financial management system of small and medium enterprises is designed. This article first introduces the system characteristics, the design of system function module and the organization structure of the system design, analyses the deficiencies of the financial management system of the small and medium enterprises on the market and makes clear the design principle and target of this system platform. Secondly by building the five big modules of basic data processing, document management, account book management, report management and term final processing, this paper implements the effective financial management for small and medium enterprise. At last, this paper demonstrates whether the system meet the design expectations by test.After tests, the function of this platform designed, has basically achieved the actual business needs, whose elegant interface and easy process operation provide convenience for enterprise's daily operation, which is suitable for most small and medium enterprise financial management and laid a solid foundation for the versatility of platform system and the future promotion.
