A Research And Development On ERP's Purchase Management System Faced To SCM Of Medium And Small Enterprise

To a good number of medium and small enterprises , it is a serious problem how to decline production cost and improve the response to the market by normative management and sharing the information. As an advanced manegemental method and an IT tool , ERP can solve all these problems well. And how to combine ERP with other advanced management methods such as SCM and make ERP fit to the mid-small enterprises becomes a hot question recently.Purchase stands on the upstream of SC and takes a strategic effect on cost and quality control. Advanced and efficient purchase management not only can supply continuous material to keep enterprise run perfectly but also can make enterprise more competitive in controlling the whole SC.To begin with the requirements of mid-small enterprise and its purchase department for ERP , the whole design scheme of the ERP faced to SCM for mid-small enterprise is put forward . Then mixed with the advanced purchase management method , the department structure ,business flow and function modeling of purchase management system faced to SCM for mid-small enterprise are designed. Further followed by discussing the application in ERP of other DB technology such as DDB and DW and their contrubition to the development and acceleration of ERP , the analyzing , concept design and logical design for the database of the purchase management system faced to SCM are introduced in detail in the paper.The thesis lays emphasis on introducing three-tier C/S and multi-tier distributed structure , MIDAS and the application of save produce, fault tolerance and load balance of this structure in Delphi, then makes efforts to argue the Web development of ERP on the base of the three-tier C/S structure in order to unit ERP with E-commerce . At the end of this thesis the application of purchase management system faced to SCM is exemplified and some questions in carrying ERP into execution are pointed out.Aimed to the characteristic and requirement of mid-small enterprise in this thesis, it is somewhat developmental to bring forward the design scheme and the technical support of purchase management system faced to SCM .
