| This paper mainly focus on the question that how to acquire, arrange and utilize the information related to quality inspection, device of measuration and monitor, inferior product control and quality supervisor, which produced by the implementing of IS09000 quality standard in enterprise. Since quality information been gathered in time, leaders of enterprise can all get the exact scene of product quality, take remedy measures or precautions and make correct decision for advance development. Meanwhile the author also builds a corresponding software according to manufacture process of HongYuan pneumatic tool Corp, Chongqin.In this paper, it first introduces the quality standard, management and operation framework of IS09000, then requirement analysis has been done in accordance with the reality of HongYuan pneumatic tool Corp, data and business flow together with function and information model of the software system are figured out as well, finally, overall frame and development environment of system are fixed, in addition, database is designed at some length.Quality management system based on IS09000 which is built in this paper runs on relation database server of Sybase SQL Anywhere, takes PowerBuilder as develop tool, Jaguar CT as component server, and operation in C/S and B/S simultaneously. The system not only facilitates routine work of quality administrator, but also been designed to share and exchange information with authenticated external user through web browser, while it also features stretchable and flexible. For assuring security and simplifying authorization, RBAC has been adopt as the authorization mechanism.The system has ran for a year and works well. Since users can easily query needed quality information with the system at any time, the information has been fully made use of. Furthermore, system also provides a strong information base for improvement of quality administration and tap the enterprise' s ties to fullest extent.
