Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business to maximize profits, andmaximize the benefits for enterprise customers as a marketing strategy purposes. In theprocess of policy implementation, customer-centric, the use of information technology toenhance management. The rapid development of information technology in today’s enterprisesin the management of the process, more and more attention by the manager. Especially inrecent year, customer relationship management system (CRMS) is also developing rapidly,driven by the development of network technology together. Modern enterprises in order tofind new business opportunities from customers who maintain closer contact with customers,so have to build customer relationship management system.Through the design and implementation of small-scale customer relationshipmanagement system, the system expounded customized enterprise customer relationshipmanagement system process. Customer relationship management system should beclient-focused, and as much as possible to provide a variety of user-friendly features, such ascustomer birthday reminders, customer satisfaction evaluation to ensure that customerresources are not lost.This article is the use of management information system development methodology,with its own characteristics of SMEs; according to the internal laws of the customerrelationship management completed the development of the SME customer relationshipmanagement system. The customer relationship management system to enable SMEs to haveinformation systems to meet customer requirements for their own development, changemanagement strategy to help SMEs truly maximize the interests of customers. Meanwhile,customer relationship management to identify potential customers and create a good businessrelationship with customers in customer value and corporate profits on the basis of win-winsituation, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Paper first describes the system development background, current situation anddevelopment trend of the development of the system, then describes the system designprocess used by the related technologies. By visiting a large number of SME customers, tounderstand the actual needs of SMEs, raised the overall system design needs analysis, designgoals and implementation on this basis.In this paper, the overall architecture of the customer relationship management system,functional design also made an in-depth analysis, and database design and implementation ofa detailed elaboration. The basic realization of the proposed functional requirements analysis,test results meet customer needs.
